What ages can play Blast'D!? +
Recommended for ages 7 and up. Younger players are welcome in family parties with parents on the floor.
How many players per session? +
Every package includes up to 16 players — same price for 1 player or 16 — then extra players are $20–$30 each depending on the package. Action Pass and Main Event take up to 8 extras (24 total); the MVP Experience hosts up to 40. Bigger crew than that? Email us and we'll shape an event around it.
Do I need to bring anything? +
No. All equipment, blasters, eye protection, and consumables are included. Wear sneakers and clothes you can move in.
How much pizza comes with the party? +
Main Event and MVP parties include pizza portioned to your headcount — figure two slices per kid, so 12 kids means two large pizzas. You pick the toppings at booking and it arrives hot for the pizza break.
Can we bring a cake? +
Please do — cake and dessert are the one thing we don't provide, so bring your own and we'll have it ready in the party room. Other outside meals stay home (pizza's covered, and the mall food court is steps away).
Where are you located? +
Francis Scott Key Mall at 5500 Buckeystown Pike, Frederick, MD 21703.
What are your hours? +
We're open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — and the arena runs on bookings, so your party's start time is our open time. Outside the weekend we open for special events (tournaments, group takeovers) as they're scheduled; the tournaments page shows what's coming. Pick your date and time on the book page.
Do you take walk-ins? +
No walk-ins — the arena is reserved for booked parties and private groups, so every crew gets the whole floor. Special events like tournament brackets have their own sign-up on the tournaments page whenever one's on the calendar. Want a heads-up when open play returns? Leave your email on the schedule page.
Is there a waiver? +
Yes — every player needs one. You can sign it online before you arrive at /waivers, or in the lobby on the way in.
What time does the mall close? +
Francis Scott Key Mall's doors close at 8pm. Evening events keep right on going past that — but after 8 the mall is exit-only, so anyone who leaves the building can't come back in. Grab anything from the car before 8!
What payment methods do you take? +
All major cards via Square. We never see or store your card number — Square handles that in their secure iframe.
How does payment work? +
A 20% deposit at booking locks your slot, then the balance auto-charges 48 hours before your session — you'll get an email reminder before it lands. Prefer to pay in full up front? There's a toggle for that at checkout.
Can I cancel or reschedule? +
Yes — anytime up to 48 hours before your slot we'll refund the deposit or move your booking. Inside 48 hours the balance has already charged, so cancellations become a credit toward a future visit.
